Working in conjunction with Risual Apprenticeships, REAch2 Academy Trust is offering an opportunity to gain an apprenticeship in ICT where you will learn, develop and become an essential part of the REAch2 Academy Trust IT Team.
You will be working in our head office in Burton upon Trent joining an experienced ICT support team helping to provide ICT services to our growing number of schools.

About the Apprenticeship and its responsibilities
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Helpdesk support
- Logging IT requests
- Fault finding within IT systems
- Resolving problems at 1st line support level
- Dealing with tickets coming through the helpdesk
- 20% off the job training via live classroom teaching
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Risual and REAch2 Academy Trust.
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Respectful of confidentiality
- Good communication skills
- Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics is required
Salary, Hours & Holidays:
- This role is offered on an 18-month fixed term Apprenticeship Agreement
- The hourly rate of Â£6.56 per hour
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (37.5 Hours per week)
- All year round working (52 weeks)
- 28 days of annual leave entitlement (plus 8 bank holidays)
