Teresa Beach was appointed as a Trustee for REAch2 in 2018 and is vice-chair of REAch2’s Trust Board, chair of Executive Nominations Committee, and a member of Risk & Audit committee.

She joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer of their employee benefits business and is now the Managing Director for JLT’s specialist pensions technology business.

A Chartered Civil Engineer by profession, her career has developed to embrace leadership roles in insurance, engineering and consultancy businesses where she specialises in organisational transformation and operational improvement.

Teresa chaired the governing body for an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Oxfordshire from 2008 to 2015. In 2018, Teresa was appointed as a Non-Executive Director for the Hackney New School Trust.
